Application and characteristics
(1) Purpose:
The machine is mainly used for precision sowing of single grain corn in no tillage land, and can be applied with crystalline fertilizer in strips. It can complete the processes of furrow fertilization, seed furrow opening, sowing, soil covering and compaction at one time
(2) Features:
1. The seed metering device has high sowing precision, and the qualified index of seed number is more than 80%.
2. With normal filling, it can work at high speed. When the plant spacing is not less than 20 cm, the operation speed can reach 6 km / h.
3. The sowing assembly is equipped with a device to prevent wheat straw from winding, which is conducive to the summer sowing operation of two crops a year.
4. Seed blocept brush is set in the seed chamber of seed metering device to separate the effective room from the invalid space in the seed metering device. The seed can only be in the effective space and can be used up.
5. The transmission shafts of each line are connected together and driven uniformly. When the speed reaches, the driving power is large. Even if the ground wheel of one line slips occasionally, it will not affect the normal sowing of the line.
6. The whole machine can produce six kinds of plant spacing by changing the plant spacing through the only gearbox. As long as the transmission ratio of the gearbox is changed, the row spacing of the whole machine can be changed.
7. The operating lever of the gearbox can control the radial swing and aXiHu (West Lake) Dis.al movement of the swing wheel at the same time. The operation is fast and convenient. All gears of the gearbox are made of high-quality steel and carburized, and the transmission parts are made of high-quality rolling bearings with reliable performance.
8. More soil can be scraped into seed ditch by using scraper type soil covering device.
9. The separation of the fertilizer discharging box and the blocept wheel reduces the wear of the blocept wheel and improves the fertilization accuracy.
10. When the soil is wet, the ground wheel is not clay, which can solve the problem of the influence of soil wheel on plant spacing.
